" (Tuesday Night) was a much needed win for this team. We have been fighting a confidence battle so getting a win at home and having to fight it out together was a perfect situation for us. Our middles had a great night and have worked so hard to get on page in our offense. I'm very proud of their patience and thrilled to have watched them shine tonight! All of These ladies have worked hard and focused on the little things and I believe this will pay off as we finish regular season" Coach Allen had to say about the match"

Mercedes Pressley led the offense with 12 kills on 18 attempts, for a .556 attacking percentage. Danielle Sweet and Rachel Tolleson each added nine kills to the offensive movement. Becca Graham dished out 20 assits while collecting five service aces. Sophie Windover picked up 23 digs and also had five service aces. Andrea Qunitanilla put down four blocks for the Lions.

The Lions are back in Conference Carolina play as they travel to take on Limestone and Converse this weekend.
