"Tonight was an important match to win. As a coach, you always want to continue to improve and take steps forward. We were able to pick up right where we left off Saturday and come out strong offensively against Clark Atlanta. Rachel led us with 14 kills, which was a collegiate personal best for her. All of our hitters contributed and we had the best hitting percentage that we've had this season. We are still working to fine tune our line up and rotations, and this match allowed us to mix things up. Now, we look to this weekend with two conference opponents and the need for us to continue making strides in terms of consistency and focus" Head Coach Latonia Allen had to say about the match.
The team returns home for two conference matches this weekend, Friday at 7 PM against Limestone and Saturday at 2 PM against Converse. Come out and support your Women's Volleyball Team this weekend!
