CENTRAL, S.C.---The Emmanuel College women's volleyball team lost their semi-final match Tuesday night in the National Christian College Athletic Association South Region tournament.
The Lions fell 3-0 to the host Southern Wesleyan Warriors by scores of 27-25, 25-17, and 25-16.
Megan Bright and Cali Jones led the Lions with 23 kills each while Becca Graham dished out 17 assists. Becky Moye led the team with 11 defensive digs.
EC had several players earn NCCAA South Region honors with Megan Bright and Danielle Sweetbeing named to the First Team All-Region team. Lindsey Fragale and Cali Jones were also named to the Second Team All-Region team.
The Lions finish their season with a 22-12 record.
