Misenheimer, NC - The Emmanuel Lady Lions traveled to Pfieffer to faceoff in a double header event. Bottom of the 1st, The Falcons came out strong scoring two runs off a couple hits. Top of the 2nd the Lions came back firing when Madison Franklin singled to right field and Crystal Busbee doubled to center field. Jorden Williams then reached on a fielder's choice and when she stole second, Busbee made it home on a throwing error; 2-1 Falcons.
Kara Hembree singled to third base to start the Top of the 3rd and Cheyenne Galloway doubled to right center to bring in Hembree; Tied Up 2-2. Bottom of the 4th, Pfeiffer had a big inning when a couple walks and homerun brought in three. Unable to recover the Lady lions fell to the Falcons in the 6th inning; 10-2 Pfeiffer.

In game two the Falcons came out strong again and score one and bottom of the second Pfeiffer came back for more and score two more runs; 3-0 Falcons. Top of the 5th, Kirsten Hill hit her third home run of the season and put the first run up on the board for the Lions.
Despite a hard fought second game and a great game for pitcher Madison Hopper, the Lady Lions fell the Falcons in the final moments; 3-1.
