Archery Places 5th at 3D Collegiate National Tournament

FOLEY, Al. - The Emmanuel College archery team competed at the 3D Collegiate National Tournament hosted by USA Archery last week.

For the third consecutive year, Emmanuel's Rachel Reshonsky and Roger Hermosilla claimed a National Title together. Reshonsky posted a score of 384 while Hermosilla scored 411 to take first place in Recurve Mixed Team.

In addition to her national title, Reshonsky claimed the Silver Medal in Olympic Recurve, missing out on Gold by only one point. On the men's side, Hermosilla claimed the Bronze Medal in Olympic Recurve, breaking two school records with scores of 206 for 20 targets and 411 for 40 targets.

Emmanuel Archery finished ranked 5th in the nation overall.
